Elementary Summer School

We are excited to announce the commencement of our Elementary Summer School Program, designed to provide additional educational support opportunities for our students during the summer break. The program will run from June 2nd to June 20th, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The Elementary Summer School Program aims to reinforce fundamental academic skills in reading and mathematics, ensuring that your child continues to progress academically during the summer months. Our dedicated team of teachers will create a supportive and engaging learning environment, tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.

In addition to academic instruction, our summer school program will incorporate fun and interactive activities to keep students motivated and engaged. We believe that a balanced approach, combining learning with enjoyment, is essential for maximizing your child's summer learning experience.

Please take note of the following important details:

• Dates: June 2, 2025 – June 20, 2025
• Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Focus Areas: Reading Literacy and Math

Registration Deadline:
The deadline to complete this registration is Friday, April 25, 2025.

• Teachers will use the same instructional practices and curricular resources for Literacy and Math as during the school year. The program is designed to review and enrich content from the grade level your student just completed. This program is for current Kindergarten through 4th grade students. *Students who completed 5th grade would enroll in Middle School Summer School.* There is no fee for this program.

Host Schools:
The following schools will serve as host sites for this summer's programming:

• Phoenix Elementary (for students from Wilder, Winship, and Phoenix)
• Ben Franklin Elementary (for students from Lewis & Clark, Viking, and Ben Franklin)
• Century Elementary (for students from Lake Agassiz and Century)
• Discovery Elementary (for students from Kelly and Discovery)
• Twining Elementary (students from Twining Elementary)

Registration for the Elementary Summer School Program will begin March 4th, 2025, and we encourage you to register your child as soon as possible to secure a place in the program. Detailed registration instructions will be provided separately through a Google sign-up form. (these forms can be found on the right hand side of this page)

By participating in our Elementary Summer School Program, your child will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills, explore new concepts, and build confidence in their academic abilities.
